What is a Cricut and what does it do?
A Cricut is an electronic cutting machine. It cuts, scores, and draws on a variety of materials.

- Upload your own images for free (.svg, .jpg, .png, .bmp, .gif, .dxf)
- Cut over 60 materials
- Smart Set® dial for easy material settings
- Free Cricut Design Space™ online software to use at home or in the Library
Supplies on-hand include:
Cricut attachments including markers and blades;
Materials including Everyday Iron-on and adhesive Vinyl
Dedicated computer for Cricut Design Space
Perfect for:
Invitations, banners, decorations, monograms, fabric cutting, stencils, etc.
User Guidelines:
Users can book the machine for up to one hour per day. Otherwise, the machine is available on a first come first served basis.
Please note: Previous experience is required as we are not able to provide hands-on assistance at this time.
Users are welcome to bring their own materials as long as they are compatible with the machine, including fabric, card stock, vinyl etc.
Some materials may be purchased from the Library at the following rate:
Cricut Basic Vinyl - $3 per 12x12 inch piece of material
Cricut Everyday Iron-On - $7 per 12x12 inch piece of material
