Meeting Rooms
The Orillia Public Library offers two Programming Rooms for rental services when they are not required by the Library.
Room Rental rates are as follows:
Rate per hour: Individual Room -$25, Combined Rooms - $50
Non-Profit rate per hour (up to 4 hours): No Charge
Non-Profit rate per hour (if exceeding four hours): Individual Room - $12.50, Combined Rooms - $25
(*Non-profit organizations must provide their registration number at the time of the booking.)
Maximum occupancy of an individual room must not exceed 40, maximum occupancy of combined rooms must not exceed 80.
Room Rentals are currently available for booking Monday through Friday. (Meeting rooms may be booked once per month only
and can recur a maximum of 3 times in a row.)

(Please note: Library meeting rooms may not be used for social or celebratory services except with the approval of the CEO. These events include, but are not limited to, wedding receptions, baby showers and parties.)
