Printing, photocopying and scanning services are available from any library computer. Black and white prints are available for $0.25 per page and colour prints are available for $1.00 per page. Scanning documents to email is available free of charge. |
Wireless Printing |
---|
Orillia Public Library uses Princh for wireless printing. This service allows you to send prints from your own device and pick them up from the library. Prints are held for 24 hours. Please check the Library hours before arriving to pick up prints.
Wireless prints can be sent from mobile devices through the use of the Princh app for Android or IOS. From personal computers, prints can be sent using the web version of Princh. For extra help, see our guides: wireless printing from a mobile device, and wireless printing from a computer. |
Public Computers |

We provide free public computer stations to access the Internet and word processing programs. Computer use is first-come, first served for a maximum of two hours per day. Computers are available when the Library opens until 10 minutes before closing.

Wi-Fi |

The Library offers wireless Internet service free of charge during regular business hours. You must re-connect your Wi-Fi and accept the terms and conditions every time you enter the Library. Mobile Wi-Fi Hotspot Kits are also available for 2-week loans to Library members. |
Laptops |
---|
Laptops are available exclusively for in-house use for tests and exams. These can include exams for online education courses or qualifications such as Smart Serve. Borrowers are required to have a Library card, sign an agreement form, and trade a piece of government issued photo ID before use. To use a laptop for an examination, please provide forty-eight hours notice by calling 705-325-2556 or email us. We also offer proctoring services for a fee. |
